The Caper at 11' is the most stable kayak available for it's size. It carries a load up to 325 lbs, while weighing only 45 lbs.

    It's light weight makes it a reasonable choice for women or anyone wanting a lighter kayak. The large bow hatch for storage makes kayak camping a possibility.

     One of our top Big Island kayak fishermen made his mark on kayak fishing using the Caper while regularly hauling in 50-80lb fish. He finally upgraded to a Prowler 13 for easier distance paddling but for basic kayak fishing there's nothing wrong with using the lighter weight Caper.
