These gear clips are a quick and easy way to strap assorted items on deck without having to drill holes. They have a plastic clip on one side and an adjustable velcro on the other.

    Snap the plastic clips into your strap eyes and they can be a paddle or rod holder or you can reverse it to velcro things on which can accomodate many items you might want to keep handy on deck.
