The Hobie Kayak sail is designed to fit into the Hobie Mast Steps on all the Mirage Kayak models. It is not compatible with kayaks produced by other manufacturers.

     The performance oriented design allows the kayak to be sailed off the wind, reached, as well as tack and perform decently going to windward. The sail cut keeps the foot of the sail comfortably clear of your head while sailing.

    This sail is not designed to be sailed in high winds. With gusty or high winds the kayak could easily tip. The Sidekick Ama Kit can be added for increased stability while sailing
