    Welcome to an awesome vacation rental! This private three bedroom/two bath Vacation Home with family room sleeps 4-6 and boasts breathtaking sunset, ocean, coastal and mountain views.   

     It sits 3 miles upslope, overlooking the South Kohala coast and the finest beaches on the Big Island. A glance out the front windows will tell you immediately if the wave play will be good or if the snorkelling will be fantastic.

     South Kohala is one of the dryest parts of the island. When it's raining everywhere else, this is where the locals come to dry out and swim, surf or play in the sun.    

    

   If you enjoy surfing or boogie boarding (beginning to advanced), you can be at some of the islands best spots in only 5 to 10 minutes.

      Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beach, are just 5-10 minutes away and the cool, picturesque town of Waimea (center of the Parker Ranch) is also only 10 minutes mauka (continuing upslope).   Kona  Airport and the City of Kailua-Kona are 35 minutes to the South.

   

      For about a third of the cost of a local hotel room, you'll have a comfortable home with fully equipped kitchen, linens and laundry.  Beds include a king, a queen, two twins and a queen size futon in the family room.

    Booking reservations early is recommended especially during the holiday periods and whale watching season (Dec-Mar).

    Three nights minimum @ $119 per night (double occupancy) or $145 per night (3 or more persons).

     The weekly rate (7 nights or more) is $99 per night (double occupancy) or $125 per night (3 or more persons).

     

      Add 10% for holiday periods There will be a 4% tax on any rental. You can hold dates with a 15% deposit, fully refundable until 45 days prior to your stay.

    We require the full balance to be paid 45 days prior to the rental period. Cancellations inside of 45 days will forfeit the 15% deposit. Cancellations inside of 30 days will forfeit 30% unless we are able to rebook the canceled dates.

      If booking inside of 45 days we require full payment at the time of booking. When we receive payment, (We accept M/C and Visa), you will receive email confirmation with directions. Check in 2:00pm, checkout 11:00am.
