     The Mirage Revolution 13 is Hobies most versatile design. This 13'5" fishing model has speed comparable to the Adventure, the utility of the Outback, and the maneuverability of the Sport.

         The Revolution 13 weighs only 58 llbs (not counting pedal drive) and can carry up to 350lbs. The 28.5" width gives it good stability while still being able to go fast and far with less effort than the vast majority of kayak models.

     It's a mid-length hybrid that's easy to use, stable, and an efficient alternative to traditional kayaking. It's got lots of nicely designed features within easy reach and space to fit in all of your gear. The deluxe cockpit will enhance your on the water experience and it has the speed to get you to your favorite destinations quickly.

    But be sure to check out the new Revolution 11 that has just been released for 2012. It has all the great features of the Rev13 but in a more compact package (11'6" length, 300lb carrying capacity) and easier to transport with it's 47 lb weight. The Rev11 is a great alternative for those not needing the higher carrying capacity of the Rev13

     Both models come standard with the Patented Mirage Drive, The Twist and Stow Rudder System, High back seat with lumbar support and fanny pack, a quality two piecefiberglass  paddle with paddle clips, two 8" storage hatches, a large front hatch, rear on deck cargo area, mast step, molded in cup holders, two molded in Rod Holders, gear bucket, water bottle and scupper holes compatible with the optional "plug in" kayak cart or "Livewell".


      And new for 2012 is locking seat plugs to keep the seat firmly in place. The 2012 models are also now coming with Mirage alignment pins combined with slots molded into the drivewell to make the drive installation a breeze compared to the earlier Mirage models..
