These Scotty Rod Holders are very sturdy and easy to mount on any Kayak. You have a variety of mounts so you can choose the one that best fits your kayak.

     The Rod Holders can be pivoted 360 degrees and also repositioned to an up or down angle allowing you many choices of how you'd like to position your rod.

    Directly to the left is the 350 Rodmaster II Rodholder with a side/deck mount. Rod can mount in the top of the base or in the base side so it has many options as far as where you can mount and how your rod can be positioned.

     The 351 Flush Deck mount is shown at top left. When rod is removed this is a very clean base.....

     Pictured directly above is the Triple Mount Rod holder. It comes complete with three of the 350 Rodmaster II Rod Holders, includes Side/Deck mount

     The Rod Extenders can raise your rod away from the kayak so it is often able to pivot in directions that if may not be able to from the lower base mounts.

     The Swivel Fish Finder Mount (pictured top right) fits or can be adapted to most fishfinder brands including Lowrance, Eagle, Hummingbird and Garmin. Includes side/deck mount and steel fasteners

    The Compact Threaded Deck Mount (#444) ia pictured upper middle. It comes with a large nut to tighten below deck if you have interior access to your hull. No exposed hardware on deck and it will tighten onto hulls with up to 2" thickness so it works for boats other than kayaks as well.

     When mounting the base to the kayak: The strongest attachment, if you've got interior access to the kayak, is to use machine bolts with nuts and washers on the inside. If you don't have interior access use well nuts which expand inside the hull when tightened. You can also use rivets which is the quickest installation though not as sturdy.
